There is a story behind this image.
Once upon a time, there was a girl, that was in love with a guy, who didn't care for her, didn't show her his emotions.She kept a dairy about all her dreams, thoughts e.t.c.
But she was so in love with him, that she kept having faith that he would change.
As time passed by, he didn't. She got sick and tired of waiting for him, so she killed her self.

In the end though, he did come. He was just a little too late.

The church = her faith. We see her dead outside the church because she stopped having faith. The book is her dairy.
The butterflies= her innocent thought that he would change, where it is very unlikely in the world that we live in.[also the butterflies are her love for him, sweet and still hanging in the air.]
