I painted chains [they're not very good lol!] to make it more dramatic, the chain on her neck, stops her from breathing, and the chains on her feet , are preventing her to get that air she so longs for.
This reminds me of the scene where bella had jumped off the cliff... when she was in the water, and thought she was dying... [Goodbye. I love you. ]
I do so love the fear project This piece is also wonderful, though I felt it had more of a poetic sort of bittersweet feel to it than a drowning one, kind of like what you said. I really love it though, the blue is amazing
Drowning's one of my fears as well.. I always hate the idea of not being able to breathe and suffocating, and the chains really add to that effect. Another one well done!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
